Montmartre is a popular gay bar with a traditional Amsterdam atmosphere. You will find Dutch sing-along music, mixed with contemporary hits and classics from the 80s and 90s.
From 1983 till 2023, café Montmartre was located at Halvemaansteeg 17. In September 2024 the place reopened at Reguliersdwarsstraat 129, where previously the Reality Bar was located. In February 2026, Montmartre moved to Reguliersdwarsstraat 48, right next to bar BLEND XL.
